The attached H-1B LCA compliance guidelines of, will give a sort of checklist for preparation and development of the internal compliance record evidence system in the area of H-1B.
Ø The DOL will publish the reengineered ETA 9035 form for H-1B LCA application early next month, July 2008.
Ø This revised form will focus on integrity of the H-1B LCA system and may provide that the LCA will be certified NOT INSTANTLY, but in one week.
Ø This regulation will be published with a 60-day comment period.
