Advance Parole

If Travel document is applied from within US –

v You must apply before leaving US. If you depart from US before decision is made on the application, your application will be considered abandoned.

Now, what happens if you already have a valid Advance Parole that you applied last earlier?

The choice is yours you can travel using the old Advance parole, come back and apply for a new one or

You can apply for a new one, get it approved and then travel outside.
