Pearson memo on Retention of priority date

Pearson Memo affirms the point that it is permissible for a petitioner to file more than one I‐140 for the same beneficiary, and the regulation at 8 CFR 204.5(e) allows a beneficiary to “recapture” the benefit of the earliest priority date among the I‐140s that are filed on his/her behalf and approved.
