Memorandum on "Acceptable" Signatures on Applications and Petitions

USCIS released a memorandum issued by USCIS Acting Deputy Director, dated 01/19/2010, concerning Acceptable Signatures on applications and Petitions.

The first Hit: Non-employee legal representatives cannot sign the forms in place of their clients!!!! Any applications and petitions without the authorized signature of the petitioner or applicant in violation of this memorandum will be "rejected."
